The Kerala government%u2019s stand on the Mullaperiyar issue was to ensure the safety of the people in the state and not a negative attitude on the people of Tamil Nadu, Left Democratic Front (LDF) convener Vaikom Viswom said on Sunday.
The Kerala Assembly on Wednesday passed a statutory resolution authorising the Government to enter into an agreement regarding supply of water to Tamil Nadu from the Neyyar irrigation project.
