Voicing concern over recurrence of crimes against women and children, Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan on Sunday asked the police to remain vigilant to prevent such incidents.
The State Government has begun to implement its promise that the people who perpetuate crimes and atrocities on women and those involved in sex rackets will be paraded handcuffed, according to Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan.
